- 4 chicken Marylands (leg + thigh pieces)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and oregano together.
- Coat the chicken Marylands with the herb and garlic mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden brown color.
