Ingredients

  • 4 chicken Marylands (leg + thigh pieces)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp oregano (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and oregano together.
  3. Coat the chicken Marylands with the herb and garlic mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  4. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden brown color.
