  • 1/4 cup Hennessy cognac

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the Hennessy and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the shrimp; they should turn pink and be opaque when done. You can adjust the amount of Hennessy to taste.
