Description

A no-bake cheesecake that combines the delightful flavors of a classic banana split with creamy layers of cheesecake, bananas, and fruit.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 23 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Arrange banana slices over the cheesecake layer. Spread crushed pineapple on top, followed by sliced strawberries.
  4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Add chopped peanuts.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Slice and enjoy!
