A no-bake cheesecake that combines the delightful flavors of a classic banana split with creamy layers of cheesecake, bananas, and fruit.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream and spread over the chilled crust.
- Assemble the Layers: Arrange banana slices over the cheesecake layer. Spread crushed pineapple on top, followed by sliced strawberries.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle mini chocolate chips or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Add chopped peanuts.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
