Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form an even crust.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer banana slices, crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries over filling. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel sauce.
- Chill: Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces.
