Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs look like wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form a crust. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Add a layer of banana slices, crushed pineapple, and halved maraschino cherries on top. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
  4. Add Toppings: Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes until set.
