Description

A scrumptious dessert combining rich flavors of chocolate and caramel with creamy vanilla ice cream, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate brownie chunks
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate chip cookie crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a serving bowl to form a crust. Place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
  2. Once the crust is firm, spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the brownie chunks on top of the ice cream layer. Drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the brownie chunks.
  4. Add a fluffy layer of whipped cream on top. If you like, sprinkle chopped walnuts for extra crunch and finish with some maraschino cherries.
  5. Freeze the dessert for at least 120 minutes or until it is firm and ready to serve.
  6. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Notes

Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with additional whipped cream and toppings for a delightful presentation. Store leftovers in the freezer for up to one week.
