Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
