Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup toasted marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is combined.
  4. Carefully add the boiling water and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely in the pans.
  6. Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache and crushed graham crackers between the layers of cake. Top the cake with marshmallow fluff.
  7. Finally, add toasted marshmallows on top for the finishing touch. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
