Description
A rich and sweet chocolate cake layered with gooey marshmallow fluff, topped with toasted marshmallows.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup toasted marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8-inch cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Carefully add the boiling water and mix until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cakes. Cool completely.
- Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache and crushed graham crackers between the cake layers. Top it off with marshmallow fluff.
- Add toasted marshmallows on top for a delicious finish. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
To store, place the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for about a week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
