Description

A rich and sweet chocolate cake layered with gooey marshmallow fluff, topped with toasted marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup toasted marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Carefully add the boiling water and mix until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cakes. Cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache and crushed graham crackers between the cake layers. Top it off with marshmallow fluff.
  7. Add toasted marshmallows on top for a delicious finish. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To store, place the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for about a week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
