- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (cooled)
- 2–3 cups brownie chunks (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: Shaved chocolate, fresh berries, crushed nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Cheesecake Layer: In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the Trifle: In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer brownie chunks, followed by a generous layer of the chocolate cheesecake filling, and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, ending with a whipped cream layer.
- Garnish and Chill: Garnish with shaved chocolate, fresh berries, or crushed nuts for extra flavor and texture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for a smooth fill. Chill for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
