- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crushed biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the pan to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- After baking, let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
- Once chilled, pour caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
- Chill for another hour before serving.
Notes
Serve cold for the best flavor. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for 2-3 months.
