Description

Delicious caramel cheesecake with a creamy filling and irresistible caramel topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the pan to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  7. After baking, let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
  8. Once chilled, pour caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
  9. Chill for another hour before serving.
