A creamy, rich cheesecake topped with sweet caramel, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crushed biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the springform pan to form a crust.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
- Chill for another hour before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or extra caramel sauce on the side. Store leftovers wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
