Description

A creamy, rich cheesecake topped with sweet caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the springform pan to form a crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Pour the caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
  9. Chill for another hour before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or extra caramel sauce on the side. Store leftovers wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
