Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream, mixing well.
