Delicious bars combining creamy cheesecake with rich caramel sauce on a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Then, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool completely. Then, spread the caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best flavors, serve chilled. Use softened cream cheese and don’t overbake the cheesecake.
