Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Mix until sandy texture forms.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Place sliced bananas on top of the pudding layer.
  5. In another bowl, combine whipped cream with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well mixed. Spread over the bananas.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
  7. Slice and garnish with extra banana slices if desired before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe bananas. Leftovers can be refrigerated and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
