A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Mix until sandy texture forms.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Spread a layer of vanilla pudding evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Place sliced bananas on top of the pudding layer.
- In another bowl, combine whipped cream with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well mixed. Spread over the bananas.
- Cover and refrigerate for an additional 2 hours.
- Slice and garnish with extra banana slices if desired before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe bananas. Leftovers can be refrigerated and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
