Description

A no-bake dessert that combines creamy vanilla pudding, sweet bananas, and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for warm days or celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the crust.
  5. Place the sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  6. In another bowl, mix whipped cream with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Spread this mixture over the bananas.
  7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. When ready to serve, slice and add extra banana slices on top if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe bananas. Chill the crust properly to help it hold its shape.
