Description

A decadent layered dessert featuring fudgy brownies, creamy peanut butter pudding, and fluffy Cool Whip that is perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 2 bags mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, halved
  • 4 cups cold 2% milk
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, then let cool. Cut the brownies into ¾-inch pieces and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thick. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth, then fold in 1 ½ cups of Cool Whip.
  3. In a large glass dish or trifle bowl, layer one-third of the brownie pieces, half of the halved peanut butter cups, and one-third of the pudding mixture.
  4. Add another layer of brownies, the remaining peanut butter cups, and the rest of the pudding mixture. Top with the leftover Cool Whip.
  5. Garnish with extra peanut butter cup pieces and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
