Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and cumin.
- Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For extra crunch, add diced cucumber or bell peppers. Add fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro. This salad can be a main dish or a side.
