Ingredients
- Oatmeal – 7 ounces (200 grams)
- Milk – 1 2/3 cups (400 millilitres)
- Eggs – 2
- Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup – to taste
- Salt – a pinch
- Apples (sliced) – 2-3 medium
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, milk, eggs, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, and salt.
- Mix well until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Layer sliced apples in a baking dish and pour the oatmeal mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden and the apples are tender.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
