- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Add the shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, and sliced red onion on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the entire pizza.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Let the pizza cool for a minute before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
