Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
Notes
