Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
- 4 pineapple rings (fresh preferred)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing grill)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple rings to the grill and cook until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve the salmon topped with the grilled pineapple.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before grilling. Fresh pineapple is recommended for the best taste.
