- 12 fresh oysters, shucked (on the half shell)
- 4 tbsp unsalted olive oil, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the melted olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Place the shucked oysters on the grill and top each with the Parmesan mixture.
- Grill the oysters for about 5-7 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon for an extra zing. Leftover oysters can be stored in an airtight container and should be consumed within a day or two.
