  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and lift the meat. Pat the shrimp dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the lobster tails and shrimp with the marinade mixture.
  5. Grill the lobster for 10-12 minutes and the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve on a platter with the remaining garlic butter and lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for the best flavor, and allow the grilled seafood to rest before serving to enhance taste.
