- 2 lobster tails
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and lift the meat. Pat the shrimp dry.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster tails and shrimp with the marinade mixture.
- Grill the lobster for 10-12 minutes and the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve on a platter with the remaining garlic butter and lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for the best flavor, and allow the grilled seafood to rest before serving to enhance taste.
