- 4 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parsley, and chives.
- Carefully slice the lobster tails down the middle and gently pry them open.
- Brush the herb mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with melted butter if desired.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Watch the cooking time closely; overcooked lobster can become tough.
