  • 1/2 cup creamy tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill until juicy with golden char lines.
  2. Steam broccoli until bright green or roast it with olive oil.
  3. Slice sweet potatoes into fries, toss in oil, and bake until crispy.
  4. Arrange grilled chicken, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, and fries in a bowl. Top with crumbled feta.
