Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
