Ingredients

- 1 cup green olives, pitted (such as Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, minced or grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the green olives, cream cheese, sour cream (or yogurt), garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.
