Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated red onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- For the feta sauce, crumble feta cheese and mix it with olive oil and herbs.
- Serve the meatballs over orzo, drizzled with feta sauce.
