- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- For the tzatziki: Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, and oregano until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs (about 1-2 inches in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- For the tzatziki, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Serve meatballs with tzatziki on the side.
Notes
