Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and oregano.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and drizzle with any remaining marinade.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
