- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup green or Kalamata olives
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice tomatoes into thick rounds, cut feta cheese into cubes, slice red onion into rings, and chop fresh parsley.
- Assemble the Salad Tower: On a serving plate, stack alternating layers of feta, tomato, and onion to create a tower.
- Season & Garnish: Drizzle olive oil over the salad, sprinkle with oregano, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Top with chopped parsley.
- Add the Olives & Serve: Arrange olives around the base and serve immediately.
