Description
A delicious and healthy Greek Chicken Tzatziki Bowl with marinated chicken served over a bed of rice or quinoa and topped with creamy tzatziki sauce.

- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Sliced cucumber, tomato, and red onion for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts or thighs to the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken over cooked rice or quinoa and top with tzatziki sauce.
- Garnish with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions before serving.
Notes
Marinate chicken for up to 2 hours or overnight for enhanced flavor. Add other veggies like bell peppers or olives for extra taste.
