- 4 burger buns
- Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, mint, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve with your favorite side items.
