Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shallot and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, cooking until just opaque.
- Season with salt and mix well.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a cassolette dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
