Description

Gooey S’mores Chocolate Bars bring the classic campfire treat to your kitchen. These chocolatey, marshmallow-filled bars are easy to make and incredibly delicious—a perfect choice for dessert lovers of all ages!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a solid, even base.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crust, distributing them evenly.
  5. Cover the chocolate chips completely with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

Make sure to pack the graham cracker crust firmly to create a sturdy base. For richer flavor, try using dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
