Deliciously rich brownies with gooey marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix everything until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and top with the remaining marshmallows. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely, then add whipped cream on top and dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

For an extra touch, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
