Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream for topping
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix everything until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the mini marshmallows.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and top with the remaining marshmallows. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely, then add whipped cream on top and dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
