Delightful Golden Peach Fritters topped with a smooth vanilla glaze, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced ripe peaches (fresh or canned, well-drained)
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the diced peaches.
- In a deep skillet, heat about 1 inch of oil over medium heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the warm fritters with the glaze and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar, or enjoy with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
