Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shallots and sauté until translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are browned and tender.
- Place the mushroom mixture on the puff pastry squares.
