Delicious and easy-to-make bite-sized steak cubes coated in a sweet and tangy barbecue glaze, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite variety)
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley & flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and just pink in the center.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, Dijon, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Return all steak to the skillet, pour glaze over, and toss to coat for 1–2 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with parsley and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve hot!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
