Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully blended.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture into the pre-baked pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream, microwave until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
- Decorate the top with assorted Reese’s candies.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
