Description

A delicious dessert combining rich chocolate flavors with sweet caramel, coconut, and pecans. Moist and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake the chocolate cake according to the package instructions in a 9×13-inch pan. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over the cake, ensuring it soaks into the holes. Let it absorb for a few minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans evenly over the cake.
  5. Cover the cake with a layer of whipped topping.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer taste, use homemade caramel sauce and feel free to substitute pecans for walnuts if needed.
