A delicious twist on classic cheesecake, combining rich chocolate flavors with creamy texture, coconut, and pecans.

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Whipped cream and additional pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press onto the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mix in vanilla extract, then fold in shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the crust evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with extra pecans.
Notes
Make sure to soften the cream cheese beforehand for a smooth texture. You can also use different cookie types for the crust.
