Description
A delicious and easy meal combining classic Caesar salad flavors with succulent shrimp wrapped in a tortilla.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky kick)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook the shrimp for about 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly golden.
- Warm the flour tortillas on a dry pan or in the microwave until pliable.
- Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Add a layer of chopped romaine lettuce and then top with the cooked garlic shrimp. Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, slice them in half, and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the dressing separate to maintain freshness.
