- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika if using. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked, then remove from heat.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to ease folding. Place romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla, top with cooked shrimp, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Fold sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in olive oil, garlic, and spices for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in the fridge and consume within 1 to 2 days, keeping dressing separate.
