Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Description

A delicious side dish that is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss potatoes with all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast at 200°C (about 400°F) for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Store leftover potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F).
