Ingredients

- 1 large green cabbage (cut into 1.5-inch thick rounds)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for extra depth)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cabbage rounds on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the cabbage rounds.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, try broiling the cabbage for a couple of minutes after adding the cheese. Experiment with other cheeses if desired!
