Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops with additional ketchup if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh garlic and avoid overmixing the ingredients.
