Delicious mini meatloaves packed with garlic and Parmesan flavor, perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, parsley, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Brush the tops with additional ketchup if desired.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
