Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Spread the garlic sauce over the flatbread. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!
