- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Spread the garlic sauce over the flatbread. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot!
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience. You can modify the cheese or add toppings for different flavors.
