  • Broccoli florets
  • Potatoes, diced
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the broccoli and potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Lay out a piece of foil and place the coated vegetables in the center. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
